Aims of the course:
Main goal is to define process of innovation in private sector. Subject cover basic tools of intelectual property enforcement and possible financial sources for innovation process

b.Barriers of innovation process

2.Intellectual Property -- Enforcement and Protection (allowance 5/1)
 
a.Intangible assets and its protection
b.The forms of intangible property - inventions, industrial designs, utility models, trade marks and know-how

3.Technology Transfer (allowance 3/3)
 
a.Organization of technology transfer
b.Status quo in the Czech Republic

4.The Economic Impact of Innovation Process (allowance 3/2)
 
a.Dynamic models
b.Macro and microeconomic approach

5.Financing the Innovation Process (allowance 4/2)
 
a.External and internal sources

6.Institution to Support the Innovation Process (allowance 5/2)
