Aims of the course:
Social law is usually understood as a set of legal standards to function because of the labor law constitutes a summary of the laws included in labor law and legal norms into law included Social zabezpečení.Pojem social law can therefore be seen as an integrating concept between the two branches of law.
Subject / Social Law / incorporates the development of legislation, social protection, treatment of the Czech social rights of different social events, administration and financing of social protection, describes the role of the state in mitigating social exclusion of citizens.

Assessment methods:
Final written examination is done in the form of answers to questions on lecured theory - max. 60 points.
Student is classified based on points reached:
89 to 100 points - "A" (excellent)
77 to 88 points - "B" (very good plus)
65 to 76 points - "C" (very good)
53 to 64 points - "D" (good plus)
40 to 52 points - "E" (good)
Less than 40 points - "F" (failed).
