Aims of the course:
Student will be able to create personal and family financial plan. Student will be able to use financial products (investment products, banking products, insurance products) in life planning and for for financing of life needs (life risks, investments, financing of living, financial planning of pension etc.).
 
Course contents:
1.Analysis of the current situation, collecting of relevant personal data and determining aims and expectations (allowance 0/3)
2.Processing of financial balance, client's financial situation determining and client's relationship to the risk (allowance 0/3)
3.Options of house (living) financing (allowance 0/3)
4.Risk management, capital protection (allowance 0/3)
5.Investment management, effective performance of financial capital (allowance 0/3)
6.Strategy of long-term planning, annuity (allowance 0/3)
7.Financial Independence - simulation game; the influence of taxation on creating financial solutions (allowance 0/3)
8.Realization and presentation of financial planning concept (solution) (allowance 0/3)

Assessment methods:
Exam: creating of personal or family financial plan (case study) and defence against experts of the practice. Quality and presentation of the plan will influence the final grade of the course.
