|Aims of the course:|
|The aim of the subject is to broaden students professional skills, so they
are fully prepared for their positions in society and to introduce the theory of business
ethics, to present moral behaviour of Company as comparative benefit on market and to
present an integration of ethics to strategic planning.

|Students obtain credits for their own activity during|
discussions in seminars and case study by methodology of Anderse. Final examination is by writen test. Test contain 20 questions with 4 variations of answers. Only one answer is correct.
Evaluation: Each question 5 points. Maximum points is 100, minimum 60.
