Aims of the course:
Knowledge of the forest development, the relationship of forestry and other elements of the human environment, evaluation of the characteristics of trees and stands, introduction to the basic activities in forestry, the use of knowledge of forestry in garden and landscape design.

3.Legal standards in forestry (allowance 2/0)
4.Forest management in the system of the human environment (allowance 2/0)
5.Basics of forest formation and silviculture (allowance 4/3)

b.Adjustment of stand structure
c.The main types of forest microclimate

6.Silvicultural systems (allowance 6/4)
 
a.Forest establishment
b.Silviculture
c.The choice of silvicultural techniques

7.Silvicultural system and shapes of the forest (allowance 4/5)
 
a.Silvicultural circles

8.Forest management plans/schemes (allowance 2/0)
