Aims of the course:
The aim of the course is to make students acquainted with issues of administration of greenery at municipality level and get summary information.
 
Course contents:
1.SYSTEM OF GREENERY AND ADMINISTRATION OF GREENERY. The aim is to solve issues related to the system of greenery as one of the main subsystem of the city. (allowance 0/36)
 
a.Description of actual state of system of greenery and interpretation gained information -- definition of weak and strong aspects, expectation of development, primary conflicts, absences and paradox in current system of greenery. Development project of system of greenery on the level of basic green areas and whole system as well.
This topic has been innovated in the frame of the project No.CZ.1.07/2.2.00/15.0122
b.Analyze actual state of administration of greenery in city -- description of current organization structure and its evaluation, definition of weak and strong aspects, evaluation of current maintenance level -- costs, absences and conflicts in intensity classes of maintenance.
c.Suggestion to improve current state of city greenery -- concept of organization structure of administration, recommendation for completion implements -- reasons and financial demand - This topic has been innovated in the frame of the project No.CZ.1.07/2.2.00/15.0122
d.Revision of current development axis, project of new development axis - This topic has been innovated in the frame of the project No.CZ.1.07/2.2.00/15.0122

2.ADMINISTRATION PROCEEDINGS. The aim is to solve issues related to planning permission proceedings and building permit proceedings (regard to Building act and related public notice). (allowance 0/36)
 
a.Elaboration of part of the documentation for planning permission or building permit -- part of documentation for intention of development, which is liable to planning permission proceedings or building permit proceedings, as is specified in related public notice.
b.Elaboration of the application for administration proceedings for release of planning permission, according to the selected part of documentation.
c.Suggestion of suitable financial source (or sources), according to the character of selected object. The aim is to cover financial demands out of the city budget (e.g. European Union Funds, Operational Program).

3.STATISTIC. Elaboration of obligatory statistics of the project (allowance 0/12)

Assessment methods:
Exam - classification is based on total count of marks gained at colloquiums during elaboration of the project and of marks gained for final evaluation of it (comprehensiveness of the project and its presentation -- poster and verbal act as well. The evaluation consists of three critic. In 1 criticism is possible to obtain 10 points in the second criticism of 50 points in the 3rd criticism of 40 points. Sum of the points corresponds to the final mark. Minimum number of points for obtaining test is 51-grade E. The maximum number is 91 to 100 points - grade A.
