Aims of the course:
Students should deepen their knowledge in the field of establishment and maintenance of greenery in a landscape with regard to functions of vegetation elements and to site character (especially with very unfavourable conditions). Biotechnical measures ensuring environmental and landscape protection.
 
Course contents:
1.Types of vegetation elements in the landscape (allowance 4/0)
2.Plant material for the establishment of vegetation elements in the landscape (allowance 2/0)
3.Technology of woody species planting (allowance 2/0)
4.Biotechnics of greenery on the characteristic habitat types (allowance 6/0)
5.Riparian and accompanying stand of water courses (allowance 2/0)
6.Riparian and accompanying stand of water reservoirs (allowance 2/0)
7.Accompanying stand of roads (allowance 2/0)
8.Terrace greenery (allowance 2/0)
9.Biotechnical slope stabilization measures (allowance 2/0)
10.Park forests (allowance 2/0)
11.Forest shelterbelts (allowance 2/0)
12.exercise (allowance 0/28)
